IMCC Journal of Science, published by Iligan Medical Center College, is committed to protecting the personal data of our authors, reviewers, and readers. We collect specific information, including names, institutional affiliations, and contact details, solely to facilitate the editorial process and maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. This data allows our editorial team to manage manuscript submissions, coordinate peer reviews, and communicate effectively with contributors regarding the status of their work.
Upon publication, necessary author metadata is shared with third-party indexing services, abstracting databases, and digital archives such as Google Scholar. This dissemination is a standard academic practice intended to ensure the visibility, citation, and permanent preservation of published research. We explicitly guarantee that personal information will not be used for commercial marketing or sold to unrelated third parties.
