Copyright

The copyright for all papers published in the IMCC Journal of Science is held by the journal and the Iligan Medical Center College. The papers are distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). This license allows users to share and adapt the material for any purpose, even commercially, as long as they give appropriate credit to the original author(s).

Transfer of Copyright

In order for an article to be published in the IMCC Journal of Science, the authors must transfer the copyright of the article to the journal. This transfer of copyright is necessary to ensure that the journal has the right to publish and distribute the article.

Protection of Other Elements

All elements of the IMCC Journal of Science, including its name, structure, and organization, are also protected by copyright and are the property of Iligan Medical Center College. This means that unauthorized use of these elements is prohibited.

Reprinting of Manuscripts

Authors or other interested parties wishing to reprint manuscripts in other publications must receive permission from the journal for doing so. This permission is required to ensure that the original copyright is respected and that the IMCC Journal of Science is properly credited.

Storage of Contributions

Libraries wishing to store contributions presented by the journal for local retrieval may do so only if sufficient reference is given to the IMCC Journal of Science, and only if links to the original manuscript location are listed. This requirement is necessary to ensure that users are able to find and access the original source of the material.
