Focus and Scope
IMCC Journal of Science (IMCC J Sci), a peer-reviewed publication from Iligan Medical Center College in the Philippines, disseminates high-quality research across a broad spectrum. This includes natural sciences (astronomy, biology, chemistry, etc.) and applied sciences (engineering, medicine, technology, etc.), but also welcomes submissions in education, management, and social sciences – as long as they demonstrate a rigorous scientific grounding. For instance, the journal would consider research on the science of teaching or business phenomena that utilizes quantitative methods and data analysis (e.g., cognitive science, educational neuroscience, econometrics in finance, operations research in supply chain management). Social science research that integrates frameworks from psychology, sociology, and anthropology is also welcome (e.g., social network analysis, experimental economics).
Beyond the specific fields, IMCC Journal of Science showcases the latest advancements from researchers, educators, practitioners, and students alike. It publishes a variety of formats, such as original articles, review articles, short reports or letters, case studies, methodologies, and perspectives, fostering collaboration through multidisciplinary teams, and embraces submissions from individuals of all levels and backgrounds globally. Committed to open access, the journal ensures immediate and widespread access to valuable research, facilitating knowledge exchange and advancement across numerous disciplines.
